In addition to immigration matters, the firm handles select civil legal matters on a limited basis. The focus is on discrete, non-litigation matters where careful preparation and filing are essential. We do not handle ongoing litigation or contested court appearances.

The firm is best suited for matters that require careful preparation and filing on a one-time, non-ongoing basis. In appropriate cases, this may also include the preparation of demand letters or limited negotiations that are tied to a defined legal objective.
Civil legal services are generally limited to matters connected to New York and are undertaken only where the scope can be clearly defined in writing.
Representation is limited to the specific services agreed upon and does not extend beyond the agreed deliverables.
